By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined below:


1. Services
We provide professional plumbing, water treatment, and construction-related services as scheduled. Clients must ensure timely access to the site. Missed appointments without at least 24 hours’ notice may attract a service charge.


2. Site Access & Preparation
Clients are responsible for providing safe and adequate access to the work site. Any delays caused by lack of access may lead to rescheduling and additional charges.


3. Utility Responsibility
Clients must ensure that all required utilities (water, electricity, etc.) are available at the service site. Any delays or issues caused by unavailable utilities are not the responsibility of Bamisco Nigeria Limited.


4. Payments
Full payment is required at the time of booking or as agreed upon in the service contract. We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and other approved digital payment methods.


5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours before the scheduled service. Refunds for late cancellations are not guaranteed and may be subject to review.


6. Liability
We strive to deliver all services safely and professionally. However, Bamisco is not liable for pre-existing damage at the service site or for issues resulting from client misuse after service completion. Our technicians are trained and insured.


7. Privacy
Client information is treated as confidential and will never be shared without consent. We adhere to all relevant data protection laws applicable in Nigeria.


8. Changes to Terms
Bamisco Nigeria Limited reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any such changes.
